MMA fitness is a fantastic total body workout, which focuses on primarily martial arts and boxing training. Classes are kept small, so more like semi private personal training sessions. We are fully insured and qualified. Paul is a personal trainer, with REPs level three status (register of exercise professionals). To name a few, Paul has qualifications in; circuit training, Boxercise and Kettlebell lifts.
